Fixed Term Contract Manchester Responsible for a turnover of £30m, you’ll make sure that the Accessories Department in our Manchester Exchange store remains a luxury destination for all that is new, special or intriguing. About the role Maximising profit through outstanding sales and service, you’ll take full responsibility for one of the most exclusive departments in retail. With commercial acumen and creative flair, you’ll lead your team and all concessions, to deliver above and beyond. You know exactly how to inspire your team and you’ll be a consistent role model for our world-class service standards. Working closely with buying and merchandising, you’ll influence product performance and choice, maximise stock and maintain exceptional merchandising standards. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships both internally and externally with contacts at some of the world’s most elite brands. About you It’s essential that you have proven management experience gained within a luxury brand, retail environment. Commercially astute, you’ll have a creative, can-do approach, plenty of ideas and you’ll be a great problem solver. Your strong communication skills and inspiring management style will also ensure you hit the ground running and make a great first impression.
