Food Safety Manager

Working in the Food Technical team, you will play a vital role ensuring that we have the highest quality, service and product in our stores and online.


Reporting to the Head of Food Technical, you will help to monitor, maintain, and improve where necessary, food safety standards to ensure excellent food products and services are delivered to the customer at the Oxford Street Store. You will also assist the Head of Food Technical in Head Office Functions with the Buying and Purchasing team regional stores and sites.

You will manage a team to ensure that all food products and departments comply with food safety and hygiene standards, procedures and policies. You will also liaise with external contacts to understand and deliver requirements.


As the successful candidate you will have a degree/HND is Food Safety or equivalent, you will also have an advance Food Hygiene and Group Training qualifications. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally. You will be organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task. Finally the ideal candidate will be focused, driven and passionate about this area of expertise.
