KNOW THE ROLE
As a Brand Specialist you'll be a more senior Sales Person on your area. You'll help us succeed in delivering a memorable experience by assuring clients using your confidence and creativity. Passionate about our Women's Designer Studio Department and brands such as Yeezy, Offwhite, Fenty x Puma, Champion etc. You’ll always be up to date with the latest products and trends – while keeping a close eye on the competition, of course. Exciting and motivating your team will be your main focus, whether it’s through training workshops, group demonstrations or one-to-one mentoring. However you choose to do it, you’ll use your expert knowledge of trends, stock availability and computer reviews to enhance their product knowledge and service levels. Managing customer complaints with care and professionalism, you’ll make sure that every shopping experience with us is a positive one. Building strong relationships with other departments, like Visual Merchandising, will also be important, as will admin-based activities, such as organising deliveries and managing stock. Plus, your eagle eye for the hottest new accessory trends will make sure that we continue to optimise and exceed our sales targets.You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers from all over the world, while you take enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. While consulting with customers or clients on a range of products of Women's Designer Studio, you’ll take real pride in delivering a personalised and professional service. You’ll have genuine passion for street-style brands inside and out with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about our collections to share with others. Bringing your personality to the service experience you will always look to genuinely connect with your customers while thinking creatively to bring their extraordinary shopping experience to life. As well as having the ability to work well as part of a team, you’ll be willing to embrace opportunities to build your impeccable sales skills in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of our customers and maintain solid awareness of everything from runway shows to the moment the item hits our shop floor.
Alongside knowing all there is to know about the latest designer products, you’ll be a confident communicator so sharing your knowledge will be natural. A strong degree of commercial awareness will be a bonus, as will the ability to demonstrate initiative and spontaneity in challenging situations, both customer-facing and behind the scenes. Personable and positive, you’ll be able to resolve customer complaints and motivate your team.

Oxford Street store which has already seen us open the revolutionary Body Studio, earlier this year. A unique concept space presenting over 150 brands and more than 30,000 different styles edited together to transform the way women shop for Bodywear. And it doesn’t stop there. In July we opened the first phase of our new Designer Studio, providing customers with cutting-edge and progressive designer fashion in a creative and dynamic environment. In November 2016 we opened phase one of our new Accessories Hall – the Northern Hall. The 60,000 sq ft space will be our biggest destination. It also includes a new concept space, personalisation bar and eyewear destination.
