KNOW THE ROLE

As the Digital Creative Production Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the Digital Creative Production team here at Selfridges. Working closely with the digital creative, development and production teams, you will be overseeing the teams’ workflow, maintaining planning documents, production tools and driving operational proficiencies. From planning and coordinating the delivery of projects you’ll be super organised and pay exceptional attention to detail. 

KNOW WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

As the successful candidate you will be an excellent multi-tasker with the experience in assisting in the delivery of digital creative projects. With excellent time management and communication skills you will need to build strong relationships with internal teams and work confidently and collaboratively across functions. You will have an understanding of digital creative production process and will be passionate about retail. The ideal candidate will be will be a team player with the ability to problem solve and be well equipped in dealing with multiple projects at any one time. You’ll be confident using MS Office & Mac and the use of workflow management tools such as Trello.

In November 2016 we opened phase one of our new Accessories Hall – the Northern Hall. Once completed, the 60,000 sq. ft. space will be our biggest destination. It will also include a new concept space, personalisation bar and eyewear destination. 2017 has more exciting plans to unveil.
