KNOW THE ROLE

A robust, stable and commercially viable website together with a seamless customer journey is the key measure of success. As a Digital Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that the relationships between the ecommerce platform, the business data (product, customer & order) and the service elements are integrated and operationally efficient, in order to provide customers with the exceptional experience they deserve.

You will be responsible for the operational on-boarding, documentation and maintenance of new concessions and direct suppliers online. You will be a key point of contact for all concessions, direct suppliers and 3rd party suppliers for troubleshooting, operational issues or enhancements and will manage the digital roadmap for small changes. General web quality assurance and performance checking will also be a part of the role. 

KNOW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative and flexible way within a diverse team and fast paced environment. With a relevant degree, you will ideally have experience working in ecommerce within retail. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator, as you will be building relationships with many key contacts internally and externally.

A strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is also essential in this role.
